Description
Drawloop's service is an online PDF converter. It provides conversion capabilities for supported files to PDFs from within your Box account and also lets users combine multiple files into a single PDF. It supports a wide range of file types, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files.
To use Drawloop, right click on a file and select either "Convert to PDF" or "Combine to PDF." Convert works for a single file, while combine creates a queue of files for conversion. If you convert a single file, a PDF version of it will immediately appear in the same folder of your Box account as the original file.
If you choose to combine multiple files, Drawloop will open in a new window and prompt you to register for a Drawloop account. This will begin a 30 day free trial, at the end of which you can continue using Drawloop for $1 per month. Once you register the first time, you will be taken to the document queue. To keep adding files, click the "Add to Queue" button, which will return you to your Box account so that you can select another file to "Combine to PDF." When you have all the files you need in your queue, select which ones to combine by clicking the green plus sign next to your files or click the "Combine All" button. This will add your files to the Sections menu on the right, where you can rearrange the document by clicking and dragging. When you are ready to create your PDF, enter a file name for the PDF, and click "send to box" to send it to your Box account.
