The 13 vendors (Adobe, AT&T, Box, Cisco, Citrix, Dropbox, Evernote, Google, IBM, Salesforce.com, Skype, SugarSync, and Yammer) that made it into the Wave(1) have the most mindshare among Forrester's clients when it comes to mobile collaboration. All these vendors have proven collaboration solutions optimized for mobile platforms that deliver a great user experience, which allows today's professionals to be much more productive on-the-go.
Right now, 41% of the information workforce is already highly mobile(2), and 62% of information workers already work an hour or more per day with documents, reports or other information on-the-go(3). It's clear that mobile collaboration is here to stay, so in order to avoid being left behind, enterprises need to start thinking strategically about how to best enable mobility in their organization
