We crunched the numbers for the first half of 2010, and we're excited to announce that we're off to an explosive start for the year. Thanks to back-to-back record quarters, we tripled our enterprise revenue for H1 2010 over H1 2009. Not too shabby!
We have our customers to thank for this growth - those of you who have been with us since the early days and continue to spread the word, as well as newcomers to Box. In the first half of the year, major enterprises like Panasonic, Coca Cola, Nokia Siemens Networks, Audi and Discovery Networks deployed Box to solve major content management and collaboration challenges, and small businesses continued to cut costs and maximize productivity by moving their content to the cloud.
Of course, we're only halfway through the year, and there's a lot of exciting activity on the horizon for the rest of 2010. We made some great additions to our OpenBox platform in early 2010 through integrations with Google Apps, NetSuite, SugarCRM, SAP StreamWork and DocuSign, and we have some awesome new partnerships in the works. We'll continue to roll out Box Sync to businesses and the rest of our user base, and explore how HTML5 can make the Box experience even richer and more interactive beyond drag and drop. You'll also see some exciting additions to our mobile platform, as well as big improvements to our current iPad, iPhone and Blackberry apps. As for the other cool new features in the pipeline, we wouldn't want to spoil the surprise.
We'll continue to invest aggressively and strategically in building the best product possible, as well as expanding our rockstar team. If you're interested in joining the Box crew at our Palo Alto HQ, or know someone who would be a good fit, please check out our careers page. We're now just a few people short of 100, and looking for new team members across Engineering, Marketing and Sales.
