At Box, we don’t keep customer support in just one department. At every level, Boxers are encouraged to talk to customers whenever possible to hear what’s working, what can improve and how Box can better solve the problems they face in their businesses every day. In addition to working within the expected support channels – like phone and email – we keep in touch with customers through our online community to get ideas for future product updates.
In line with our dedication to providing you with the best experience possible, we’re bringing on Silicon Valley vet Jon Herstein in a new role, Vice President of Customer Success. Jon has worked with some of the biggest names in the tech world, including Accenture, Informatica and most recently NetSuite, where he served as VP of Professional Services for North America and EMEA.
At Box, he’ll guide our client services, technical support and implementation teams. Jon feels very strongly about this new role and states, “we won’t be content with simply making our customers satisfied – our goal is for every business that uses Box to be absolutely delighted with our product and the support they receive. I’m thrilled I'll be leading our teams to develop robust training and implementation programs to support clients before, during and post-sale.” We have a fast-growing customer community, and Jon will help us ensure that all our customers – from large enterprises to small businesses – are phenomenally successful.
