Gartner names Box a Leader, again

The results are in: Box has again secured its place as a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms (CSP).

The CSP market is evolving, and Box holds a unique position as the single biggest disruptor. Box has quickly taken away market share from legacy players, due to a shift in customer demand.

According to Gartner: “Organizations often demand simplicity and ease of adoption,” and “organizations are moving CSP services to the cloud. This has been accelerated by the response to the COVID-19 crisis…. when flexible, rapid deployment and ease of access is especially important to drive digital resilience”1.

Box’s modern approach to cloud content management has helped more than 100,000 organizations adapt to the new normal. We believe you can have it all — frictionless security and compliance, seamless collaboration inside and outside your organization, built-in workflows, and a connected experience across all your favorite applications, all in one intuitive, user-friendly platform.

In addition, we're thrilled to share that Box was named a 2020 Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice vendor for Content Services Platforms and Content Collaboration Tools. Not to mention, we've been named a Leader by Forrester and IDC, too. We couldn't be more honored to earn these distinctions from analysts and customers alike.
