An Envisioning session brings to life the potential value of Microsoft Cognitive Services applied to content in Box. Rather than generic demos or presentations, these hands-on, guided sessions tailor the AI/ML technology to your specific business needs identified during a 1-day brainstorming and Envisioning session. 
 
Objectives:

• Generate excitement with stakeholders and identify proof of concept (POC) opportunities with technical staff.
• Expand knowledge with cross-training and collaboration with AI and ML experts.
• Integrate Cognitive Services into an applicable POC and showcase learnings & possibilities to leadership.

Schedule:

1. Pre-engagement discovery & prep - facilitators will work remotely with your leadership and technical staff to identify the right attendees for the onsite visit, agree on one or two real business problems that Cognitive Services could address, and prepare the environment for onsite work and engagement.


2. Ideation & discovery - during the 1-day onsite, we will share the breadth of possibilities for Cognitive Services with your leadership and key stakeholders. Content will include relevant case studies, and examples in other industries and organizations. Together, we will identify several specific opportunities and estimate value to the business. Finally, technical stakeholders will narrow the ideas to a single, POC solution based on various criteria.
