TERMS AND CONDITIONS - No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary. This gift opportunity ("Promotion") is valid only for the intended recipient of the meeting invitation and is non-transferable. You may only receive one gift, and only one participant per household may participate in the Promotion.

The Promotion is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who is at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Employees of Box and its respective affiliates, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each, are not eligible.  Box reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify or refuse entry, to this Promotion and any future Promotions, to any person with or without notice to the disqualified person. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Box reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the Promotion or alter these Terms and Conditions for any reason.

To receive your gift, you must (i) register for and schedule your Box meeting at the above link and provide accurate contact information, including your email address and certification of eligibility, no later than December 31, 2020. You are solely responsible to notify Box of any changes to your contact information. You must also sign and return any documents, if requested, within the time period stipulated by Box.

After scheduling your 30-minute discovery meeting, a Box representative will send an email to the email address provided as part of the registration process that contains a reward code and customized URL to access the PrizeLabs website. Your reward code may be used to redeem an electronic gift card of the amount designated on the meeting registration page (either $50 or $100) to either one of or a combination of (a) Amazon, (b) Uber Eats or (c) a donation to Feeding America (such prize code and electronic gift card, collectively, the "Gift"). Use of the PrizeLabs website is subject to the PrizeLabs Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Any questions arising from or relating to using the PrizeLabs website must be directed to the PrizeLabs Help Desk. All reward codes must be redeemed no later than June 30, 2021, at which point the PrizeLabs URL and reward codes will be deactivated.

The Gift is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be applied as a credit towards a different Box offering. All taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Gift are your sole responsibility. In the event of backorder or availability issues, Box may provide another item of materially equivalent retail value or functionality, chosen by Box at Box's sole discretion. Your receipt of the Gift is not contingent on agreeing to purchase any product or service from Box and Box is not giving this Gift to influence a business outcome or obtain favorable treatment.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Box and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, and their respective agents and agencies, officers, directors, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Gift. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

All issues and questions in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
