The European Union (EU) Digital Services Act (DSA) establishes certain rules across the EU for online services used by European citizens. The DSA includes rules that relate to the flagging of content that is illegal under EU or Member State law and transparency in content moderation. In accordance with our legal obligations, Box, Inc. ("Box") will respond where required without undue delay to claims that illegal content appears on our service. Further details on how to submit such claims may be found below.
How to Report Content
Users that come across content hosted on Box that is illegal under EU or Member State law should report it via our DSA report abuse form which can be accessed here.

For representatives of EU Member States, the EU Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services who wish to contact Box regarding DSA matters, please email legal-dsa@box.com. Please use either English or Polish for any communications with Box’s designated single point of contact. This point of contact is for official representatives of EU Member States, the EU Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services only. All other users who wish to report illegal content must use the report abuse form identified above.
